Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a 60 day guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with Curls Dynasty products please send back your items with the original receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@curlsdynasty.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@curlsdynasty.com and send your item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Stolen/Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship or refund orders that have been lost or stolen.

Please contact your mail carrier and have your tracking number ready to provide to them.

Insufficient Address

If your order is returned due to insufficient address or typos, you will be responsible for paying the fee to reship. A refund will not be granted.

Damaged Items

When your package arrives, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please send an email including your Order # and pictures to customercare@curlsdynasty.com. We reply to emails within 24-48 business hours.

Please note: Order processing time does not include time the package is on the road to the destination. Once shipped, the package will be in transit the amount of days of the service selected at checkout.
